It’s been two years since Kanye West released his last solo album ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,’ but he has finally revealed the music video for ‘Lost in the World’ which features Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon. It was never officially released as a single, but the collaboration which samples Bon Iver’s ‘Woods’, received a lot of attention.

Kanye is pushing the limits again with the release of this stunning video and there is no doubt that he’s still got it going on. I remember seeing him gig at Brixton Academy before he released his debut album ‘The College Dropout’ in 2004; he was epic a decade ago, and he remains so today.

54,414,442 hits on YouTube! Really? I don’t hate the track, but it’s certainly too cutsie and Katy Perry for my likings-I would definitely have a complete cringe attack if this came on in a club! 4 weeks at number one and a lot of hype, Carly Rae Jepsen is evidently the lady of the moment…though having watched the video a few times myself, I do have sneaky suspicion a few of those hits may be a result of a certain bare torso hottie seductively backing the h20.

Welcome to the weird and wonderful world of YouTube! I found this little treat on my YouTube suggestions page and I’m not quite sure what to make of it? It is beyond weird!

Yes., Jennifer Lopez and…Mick Jagger is on the blog. Given I tend to listen to more Rinse Fm than Kiss Fm these days, I’m a little slow on the uptake with the chart music. However, I thought I would spice it up today with a bit of Choice Fm, and came across this song…which I rather like! is distinctive in style and I like how he experiments with his music, so a thumbs up from me. Where Mick Jagger comes in to this song I do not know and I wouldn’t agree that ‘this beat is hard’; catchy might be more appropriate. Overall, the song is upbeat, a good track to dance too and the video is pretty cool even though a tad strange.

I chose to upload a Nils van Zandt Remix…enjoy!
